Does your extraction cleaning
regime comply with HVCA
regulations?

Our Service

Extraction Clean UK offer a solution that takes care of all of your extraction cleaning needs. As well as cleaning to a very high standard we supply and fit inspection hatches direct into ducting if required.

It’s much more cost effective to maintain your extraction systems with Extraction Clean UK on an ongoing basis, than to neglect them and go to the expense of installing new systems, or worse still put your premises at potential risk of fire.

Good Housekeeping

Good housekeeping is vital. Grease build-up has been the cause of lots of previous fires. Ductwork systems with inspection hatches at 1.5 meter canters, for inspection and cleaning, allow grease build-up to be cleaned, monitored and prevented. HVCA recommend the following cleaning programme to protect your premises and ensure the cleanliness of your system:

  • Light use (2-6 hrs per day) 12 months cycles
  • Moderate use (6-12 hrs per day) 6 months cycles
  • Heavy use (12-16 hrs per day) 3 months cycles

Appraisal and Risk Assessment

We provide a copy of the site appraisal form and risk assessment with our quotation. This provides you with a comprehensive overview of what’s included in the quotation and why.

This system of appraisal is proving invaluable to our clients as it provides detailed and useful information, documenting the history of professional cleans carried out on their premises.

Certificate of Clean

Upon satisfactory completion of works we supply a Certificate of Clean for the kitchen and a separate certification for the ventilation/extraction system, with before and after pictures. We can send them via email direct to your insurance company or by post.

Insurance companies may ask for certification of cleaning to verify you have your extraction system professionally cleaned at least once yearly.
